Living with Alopecia can feel like a uniquely personal journey, shaped by emotions, responses, and sensations. For some, it’s a long path, for others, a short burst. And for many, it comes in cycles—here one moment, gone the next.
But no matter the journey, we share a common bond: we understand the struggles. The panic, the overwhelming thoughts as we watch the shedding and count the hairs—1, 2, 3—on the ground.
We understand the frustration of sitting in the doctor’s office, searching for answers, driven by the hope for a cure.
We celebrate the highs of regrowth but carry the constant fear of “what if.” These thoughts visit us throughout the day, late at night, and in the quiet mornings.
Most of all, we know the deep lows, the painful question: “Who am I?”
Looking in the mirror, I see the tears in my eyes. I feel the heartache, the constant questioning: “Who am I?”
As I review photos of my past and present, I see fragments of myself, like the hairs I pick up from the floor. Slowly, I put the pieces together.
I reconnect with the supports around me and rediscover the parts of myself I thought were lost—the playful, the creative, the strong, the courageous, and the empathetic. I remind myself that although my hair may be gone, I am not.

Having personally experienced hair loss, I understand the emotional highs and lows it can bring. When working with me, I’ll be by your side, offering support as we navigate the emotions, fears, and frustrations that may arise.
Everyone’s hair loss journey is unique, which is why each session is tailored to meet you where you are in your healing process. I adjust my approach to ensure it supports your specific needs.

One-on-one sessions typically last between 50 minutes and an hour, with most clients opting for the full hour. Sessions can be booked on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, depending on your preference.
Everyone’s journey is unique—some may only need one or two sessions, while others may benefit from continued sessions over a longer period of time. I work with you to determine the pace that best supports your healing.

I use a person-cantered approach in each of my sessions, which means our work together is a collaborative effort. You are the expert of your own healing journey, and I am here to provide support, guidance, and a safe space for self-discovery.

Currently, I offer online and phone counseling services.
Online counseling is ideal for those unable to meet in person. Once you schedule an appointment, I’ll send you a Zoom link and guide you through the setup process to ensure smooth future sessions.
Phone appointments are also available for those who prefer this option. I will call you directly at the scheduled time for each session.
